We are arguably the first company in the world, offering direct delivery a handcrafted custom made carpet direct from the factory to consumer in a shortest possible time frame. As various middlemen have been eliminated in this direct marketing concept, the consumer gets a beautiful product at fair price and great value.

The consumer is equipped with the choice is choosing her design from the wide selection offered by us. She selects shape of the rug, i.e. rectangular, square, circle or oval. She can keep the original color choice of designer or customize it to her own choice in a vast range of 50 shades. Once the design is customized, she can chose her size from a standard carpet size, or make her own choice of size.  

Once the above is settled, she can ask for following sets of samples, in case she wishes to see the quality of carpet and colors in real life:

 

Sample Kit We have developed a color box of 60 poms, showing the color in yarn form. You will receive it, along with small quality sample of Pronto quality. Please make payment of Euro 75/- via your credit card. The cost is inclusive of all taxes and postage. You can return this kit in good condition to the Country Agent while placing the order and deduct Euro 75/- form your order. Alternatively you may return the Kit within 15 days from the date of receiving your ordered carpet. For your convenience, we will send you pre-addressed return envelope. All you need is to affix necessary postage stamp. Price Euro 100 (including courier/postage charges)

Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Although our designers are experienced to adopt offered designs in different shape or size desired by the client. However, in certain cases, we may chose to get the approval of the client or client can ask herself for CAD of her proposed order. We require 7 working days to create CAD and e-mail the same to the client.

Order

He/She can place the order before or after receiving the Sample Kit or computer aided design (CAD) image, as per her choice. Various secured payment options are available to her. Once the payment is processed by us, we start the order execution.

Delivery

We use reliable courier company to pick up the order of the client and deliver it to the client. All charges, including import duty etc are born by us.

Complaints

Any complaint regarding execution of order or product quality should be reported to us within ten days of delivery of the package at destination. We reserve the right to compensate the client maximum to the extent of amount paid by her to us or replace the carpet in the same specification as per original order. In case of replacement or full refund of paid amount, the alleged "bad" carpet becomes our property. The client should not use such carpet, once he notices the fault.

All disputes are subject to competent courts of India.
